Billing & Refund Policy
Effective 4 October 2026.
The public beta is free
EasyMerge is free during the public beta: there is no payment card, paid subscription, invoice or charge to refund. The plans, prices, review credits and monthly or yearly intervals shown on Pricing describe the post-beta product only; they do not apply during the beta.
There is therefore no active refund or service-credit policy during the beta. When the public beta ends, accounts created during beta will automatically transition to the standard 14-day Free Trial. We will notify you in advance, and no payment information is required unless you explicitly choose to upgrade after that Free Trial.
After the beta
Before EasyMerge starts collecting payment, we will publish the terms that apply at checkout. They will cover, at a minimum: price and currency, any taxes, billing period, payment methods, renewal timing, plan changes and downgrades, cancellation, review credits and refund eligibility. Do not treat the current pricing page as an offer to charge you during beta.
The current pricing information anticipates one plan per GitHub installation, without per-seat or per-repository fees. Once paid service is available, the checkout and plan information in the app will confirm the subscription that applies to you.
Cancelling and deleting data
You can stop using the beta at any time by uninstalling the GitHub App on GitHub. This stops reviews, revokes access and deletes the installation data EasyMerge stores, as described in the Privacy Policy. Comments already posted to GitHub are not automatically removed.
Removing a repository from an installation only stops it appearing in the dashboard; it is not a data-deletion request. For a future billing question or help with an installation, create a Billing ticket in Help & Support.
